Petite Valerie Bertinelli Poses in Bikini Posted on March 28th
Back in a bikini for the first time in 30 years, Valerie Bertinelli shows off her new figure on the cover of the latest issue of People (Visit their site). The petite actress, who will celebrate her 49th birthday next month, dieted and exercised her way back to her bikini body. According to People, Valerie Bertinelli experienced some anxiety about posing in a bikini but then she told herself, “If I’m so afraid of a bikini, theres something wrong. And so I had to get back into one!.”
Not every 48-year-old or even every 21-year-old woman feels comfortable wearing a bikini, but if you’re a petite woman who has fitting problems with one-piece swimsuits, a bikini can certainly be an alterative. In many cases, tops and bottoms can be purchased separately, which makes fitting easier because you can buy one size for the top and a different size for the bottom, if necessary. Also, there’s quite a range of coverage available from minimal to fuller.
