Fashion Resolution: Shop Smart Posted on December 28th
Even when we are trying to cut back on our shopping, it’s best to try to pare down purchases to what’s completely necessary– and shop with foresight.
I need a fun dress for New Year, but instead of splashing out on something formal which I won’t wear again, I am compromising. This polka dot piece is available in plus sizes from JCPenney and can easily be dressed up with silver pumps, a hairband, and a fantastic evening coat or wrap. Since I’m in Miami this year, the weight (charmeuse) is perfect for the season.. . and a ton of events afterwards.
