Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute: Superheroes: Fashion & Fantasy Posted on May 15th
Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise were just two of the celebrities who attended the gala for the opening of the museum’s Superheroes: Fashion & Fantasy exhibit. Most of the women accessorized with earrings, including co-chair Julia Roberts. Some, like Katie Holmes and Maggie Gyllenhaal, wore necklaces. Scarlett Johansson gave a glimpse of her new engagement ring — and her bracelet was stunning. And speaking of bracelets, Stella McCartney stacked on a few bangles — it’s not that often we see photos of the designer wearing much jewelry at all, other than occasional earrings.
